Returns and exchanges
We hope that your shopping experience was enjoyable.
However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your Ardor purchases, we are always happy to help you out with the return as long as:
- the item purchased was not a Custom order;
- the product was not in use;
- the integrity of the set and packaging is not violated.
- the product has some quality problems
- order details are incorrect
Items appearing as special offer, in a sale or with price reductions are not returnable.
Please note the size problem doesn’t belong to the return policy. Customers should pay attention to measuring their feet' length and width, and refer to our size chart before placing an order.
